When you use my services, you pay only for the time that is used. All projects are billed by the minute. That means, if you request a project that takes 2 hours and 10 minutes to complete, you pay only for 2 hours and 10 minutes.
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.

*Clients will be charged $25.00 per hour
*Tax will be added to your invoice according to Canadian provincial requirements
*Clients will be billed for all stationary and incidental costs including, but not limited to:
Printing, photocopying, faxing, postage, and long distance phone calls, all of which will be outlined in the invoice (copies of all receipts will be provided)
*A discount rate may be applied when retaining services for a pre-determined number of hours per month:

    -5% off – 15 hours
    -10% off – 25 hours
    -15% off – 40 hours

I value and appreciate your business and referrals. Clients whose referrals result in an executed contract with a new client will receive a 5% discount off their next invoice!


*Transcription services will be billed per minute, word, sentence, or page, depending on the project
*Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client
*Invoices will be emailed upon the completion of each project or task, and are payable upon receipt
*Ongoing work will be billed on the first of each month
*A $30 NSF fee will apply to all NSF/returned cheques
*Payment can be made by cheque, money order, or email money transfer. Personal and business cheques are accepted for established clients only

*A 25% surcharge will be charged to all projects requiring evening and weekend or ‘rush’ service
